"Wrestling is the art of standing on your feet"
- Coach Saeed Esmaeli
In the past decade, the UK has experienced significant increases in poverty and mental health issues, disproportionately impacting low-income communities. Cuts to public services have left already struggling communities without support. To add to this, rates of violent crime and the exploitation of vulnerable children and adults has increased substantially. There is a need for intervention at both local and national levels to support disadvantages communities and individuals.
